Villa
Orleander Villa, our privately owned and managed home, 12 minutes drive
from Walt Disney World. It is located in Davenport, just off
the I4 on US27 at Calabay Parc. Enjoy all home comforts and your own
private pool and corner spa. The pool area is completely screened
with sun deck. The heated pool may be optionally
lit at night. Some local amenities include a recreational
area, local Publix and Walmart supermarkets, video and DVD rental, take-out /
delivery restaurants, and at Champions Gate 5 minutes away there is a
brand new Greg Norman designed golf course. A public golf course ia avaliable nearby if preferred.
Property Amenities
This is a non-smoking home including a fully equipped kitchen with
a microwave, dishwasher etc. Small luxury items include a
coffee maker, toaster, mixer and an ice maker. There is a
utility room with washer and dryer, and a two car garage.
There are four bedrooms; an en-suite master bedroom with TV and
DVD, en-suite double room with TV and video plus two further twin
bedrooms with TV/DVD's, one of which is Disney themed. Both the master and
double rooms have their own access to the pool area. The living
room includes a TV, DVD and plus the den area has a sofa,
TV, video and Xbox plus a selection of games, digital TV channels.
